Crystal Report Instructions for Numbers
- You’ll need the Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Native Client to access the database. If you are running Vista or above, you already have it. If not, download the 32-bit version from Microsoft here or the 64-bit version here.
- Open up Crystal Reports and create a new report.

In the Creation Wizard, open up "Create New Connection".

Choose ODBC

Click the radio button for "Enter Connection String" and paste in the unique connection string that was provided to you.

Click "Finish" and your connection to the database will be complete.
