Speaker Bio

Robbie Wright is a credit union advocate who has been involved in many of aspects of the credit union industry. Robbie started his credit union career at Maps Credit Union in Salem, OR, as the Sales & Service Manager, where he was responsible for member service quality, sales initiatives, new product development, and internal promotions and incentives. He started a new software CUSO for Maps in 2006 and in 2009, Robbie started CU Innovators, a credit union consulting company that assists credit unions in product development, CUSO development, social media, and technology projects. In 2010, Robbie began working for Ongoing Operations, a technology CUSO providing disaster recovery and cloud computing solutions.

Well known for his blog, The Life and Times of a Credit Union Employee, Robbie has been immersed in social media within the industry for years. He has spoken at events for CUES, state leagues, Forum Solutions, the Chamber of Commerce, Educators Credit Union Council, CU InfoSec, and NACUSO and has been published and interviewed in CU Times, The CEO Report, CUES Management Magazine, and the Credit Union Journal.
