Often people do stop mid-process for reasons unrelated to the process- kids, doorbell, phone (people still use phones, right?), etc. Or, maybe they just don&#039;t understand something or have the necessary information available.

What a great way to follow-up in a service-oriented, we want YOUR business manner, rather than a form letter email or hard-core sales pitch.

Credit unions could use this method easily to improve their service levels and decrease their abandoned applications.</description>
