Credit union system maintenance

I’m guessing the following graph is fairly typical of most FI’s.  So if these were the website transaction patters of your members, when would you perform maintenance on critical, member-facing systems?

    Clearly, you aim for the peak time to minimize wear and tear on your T1 lines.

    When the programmer who does the maintenance gets back from vacation.

    When the programmers get tired of programming and want some diversion by getting involved in system maintenance or when your router firmware update is 3.02 and you are still running 1.6 and everyone is wondering why things are slowing down.
